  • What has changed because of Covid-19?
    Due to physical distancing requirements we will temporarily be suspending twin room treatments for pedicures and beauty. Single service bookings will still be taken to ensure only the client and the therapist are in treatment rooms at any one time. We are also asking for your help with the following so we can stay "Covid-Safe" Prepay or use cashless methods in store where possible Come unaccompanied to appointments Use hand sanitiser in store and observe social distancing Stay home if sick or have cold like symptoms Purchase retail through our online store Leave phones in bags
  • My entertainment book coupon expired in lockdown, Can I still use it?"
    Clients wishing to utilise the discount coupon in the entertainment book that expired June 1, 2020 will be given until June 30 to use these coupons. As entertainment book is a third party we are only offering this as a good will gesture.
  • I didn't get to use my membership during lockdown, Can it be extended?"
    Any valid memberships that could not be utilised during our closure will be extended by either the full 10 weeks if expiry was after June 6 or where the expiry fell during the period of closure the extension will be equal to the number of weeks remaining from March 25 until the expiry date. We will not be renewing memberships going forward but instead are looking at introducing a new reward offer soon.
  • How long is my gift card valid for?
    All monetised gift vouchers issued after Nov 2019 are valid for three years. If any vouchers were close to expiry or expired during our closure we are happy to extend by up to 10 weeks. You can purchase digital vouchers through our online store with several designs to choose from. Perfect for a last minute gift!
  • Are you open on weekends?
    We are open Monday - Friday, late Wednesday & Thursday nights and on weekends by appointment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Should you wish to cancel your appointment it is very much appreciated if you could please provide 24 hours notice. Less than 8 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged at full price.
  • Where are you located?
    We are nice and central in Hobart at 193 Liverpool St, Which is on the corner of Harrington and Liverpool Street opposite Spotlight. For convenience use centrepoint car park.
  • Is there a weekend surcharge?
    Yes, we charge s surchage of 10% if your booking is on a weekend.
